At Credolyth Servicios Financieros S.A.U. (hereinafter, "Credolyth") we protect the personal information you entrust to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and share your personal data when you interact with credolyth.com, in compliance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and related regulations.

Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form (name and email), as well as technical data associated with your browsing (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and access date) through cookies and similar technologies.
Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you information about new real estate crowdlending opportunities, institutional communications, news from the Argentine market, to measure site audience, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations applicable to collective financing platforms registered before the CNV.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent when completing the form, the execution of a pre-contractual relationship, compliance with legal obligations and Credolyth's legitimate interest in operating and improving its services.
Data recipients
We may share your data with email marketing, web analytics and hosting service providers, located in Argentina and in countries with an adequate level of protection. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Where legally required, we may share data with competent authorities (CNV, UIF, AFIP, judicial bodies).
Retention period
We keep your data while your subscription remains active and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable Argentine regulations (including accounting, tax and anti-money laundering obligations).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, as well as to object to certain processing activities. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logs.
Minors
Credolyth is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors. If we identify data from a minor, we will proceed to delete it.
Changes to the policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal changes or updates to our services. We will publish the current version on this site with the date of the last update.
